Shipping
We cannot guarantee shipping times or exact delivery dates. This is completely in the hands of the carrier (USPS). Weather, holiday volume or other unforeseen delays are not something Victoria's Monograms has control over. Please confirm that all shipping information is correct before confirming your order. Any orders returned because of an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee. Victoria's Monograms is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses.
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers below in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Decals
All decals have a 3-5 day processing time.
Shipping for decals is $4.00 and they ship first class mail which includes a tracking number and 3-5 day delivery. Overages in shipping charges will be refunded once label is purchased.
Cups
All cups have a 1-2 week processing time.
Shipping varies based on cup.
All cups ship priority 2-3 day mail which includes a tracking number.

Clothing and Accessories
The price of shipping on clothes and accessories varies by product. Processing time for clothing varies from 1-2 weeks, contact me for rush orders. All items ship first class and have 3-5 day delivery.
